Mystic Topaz Ring

Large statement piece.  Concave cut Marquis Mystic Topaz in zircon studded east/west wrap setting. Sterling silver, 1 full inch side to side.

Topaz is the symbol of friendship, loyalty, faithfulness, and constancy.

A chemical vapor deposition treatment (CVD) is used to create Mystic topaz. This is a common procedure. But be careful the surface coating can easily be scratched. This treatment can be detected by immersion.

Due to topaz’s perfect cleavage, don’t use ultrasonic or steam systems to clean them. Both vibrations and heat could cause these gems to split. Instead, use a soft cloth (or very soft brush if your careful), mild detergent, and warm water.
