Rose Quartz is the secondary birthstone for January.  It is the ultimate heart stone, the stone of unconditional love! Rose quartz has long been a talisman of the positivity in love and relationships. Egyptians believed the stone could prevent aging. In fact, we still make beauty tools from Rose Quartz.

Pearl is the birthstone for June and the gem of the third and thirtieth anniversaries. Pearls are quite "soft" and range between 2.5 and 4.5 on the Mohs scale of hardness. They should be protected from extreme wear.
